I have worked with mini florist over the years, but I love working with Full Bloom Florist. I call and tell them what mood I'm trying to set and they nail it every time. My wife has been overly joy with every presentation. Best of all, even when we had an issue with one of the arrangements. They quickly corrected it, replaced it same day with no extra charge. Additionally, you could just tell how sincere and apologetic they were yet happy to do it. Now that's Customer service
